Original paintings ship within 7–14 business days domestically (Canada) and 14–21 business days internationally, depending on location and customs.
Yes. Custom commissions are available but limited — Alex Sandrine accepts only a few per year to maintain quality and artistic integrity. Email us through the contact form to discuss your vision, timeline, and budget.
We'll discuss your concept, size preferences, color palette, and budget. A deposit is required to secure your commission. Alex Sandrine will then create the work, sharing progress photos when appropriate. Final payment is due upon completion.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and painting size. International customers may be responsible for customs duties.
Unframed works are rolled in protective tubing; framed paintings are packed in rigid boxes with cushioning. All shipments are insured and tracked.
Inspect your artwork upon delivery. If damage occurs, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim or arrange a replacement.
Contact us to arrange local pickup. This option is available for select orders and may reduce shipping costs.
White-glove delivery is available for oversized works and certain locations. An additional fee applies. Contact us for details.
Original artwork cannot be returned for refund or exchange once shipped. We encourage you to review images carefully before purchasing.
Damaged pieces are eligible for replacement or full refund (less original shipping costs). Contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery.
We provide multiple high-quality images and detailed descriptions for each work. If you have concerns before purchase, email us and we're happy to discuss. Once shipped, original artwork cannot be returned.
The only exception is damage during shipping. In that case, we'll replace the painting or issue a refund after working with the carrier.
