SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

• Standard delivery: 7–14 business days
• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on painting size and weight
• All paintings ship insured and carefully packaged to prevent damage
• Signature required upon delivery for orders over $1,500

International Shipping

• Available to select countries - Get in touch
• Delivery time: 14–21 business days
• Shipping cost - Get in touch
• Customer responsible for any customs duties or import taxes
• All international shipments include tracking and insurance

Packaging

• Unframed canvases and panels are rolled in protective tubing
• Framed paintings are packed in rigid boxes with cushioning
• All works include tracking information via email

Damage & Returns

• Inspect artwork upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours
• Photos of damage required for claims
• Original artwork cannot be returned; only damaged pieces are eligible for replacement or refund
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Special Handling

• Custom commissions and large-scale works may require extended delivery times (noted at purchase)
• Oversized paintings may require white-glove delivery (additional fee applies)
